Who we are
Agenta AI is a product of vibeob. For any privacy question, or any request about your data: admin@vibeob.com.
What we collect
What you type into the demo form:
- Full name — required, so we know who we are writing to.
- Email — required, so we can reply.
- Agency name, phone and a free-text note — all optional.
Two technical details travel with the form: which page you filled it in on and in which language. That is all — nothing further that identifies you.
What we do not collect: there are no cookies on this site, no analytics, no social pixel and no advertising tags. There are no accounts and no login. We do not build a profile of you and do not track you across sites.
Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third-party CDN, so simply viewing the page sends nothing to anyone else.
Bot filtering
The form contains a hidden field a person never sees, and we measure how long passed between the page opening and the submission. Both checks exist only to spot automated submissions, and neither the result nor the timing is stored anywhere.
Why we use it
One purpose: to contact you about the demo you asked for. That is the legal basis — your own approach to us ahead of a possible engagement.
We do not add you to a mailing list and do not send marketing material unless you separately and explicitly ask for it.
Where it goes
What you submit is sent as a single email to our inbox. On the way it passes two providers, and these are all the parties involved:
- Vercel — hosts the site. Like any web server it records technical request data including IP addresses, for operations and security.
- Mailgun — sends the email. It retains delivery logs for a limited period so delivery problems can be investigated.
Both act as service providers on our instructions. We do not sell data, do not rent it, and do not pass it to any third party for their own purposes. We would disclose it only where required by law or by order of a competent authority.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry stays in our mailbox as long as it is relevant to handling it and to staying in touch, and no longer than 24 months from our last contact. After that it is deleted.
Ask for deletion sooner and we will delete it. No explanation needed.
Your rights
You may ask to access the data held about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to its use. One email to admin@vibeob.com is enough and we will respond promptly.
These rights apply under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law. If you are in the European Union, your GDPR rights also apply, including the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
Security
Traffic to the site is encrypted with TLS. The form is not written to a database — there is no database — so the information lives in our email rather than in a system that can be breached.
Credentials for the email service are held server-side only and are not part of the page's code. Someone reading this site's source cannot send anything in our name.
That said, no transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Age
This site is aimed at business owners and agencies and is not directed at anyone under 16. If we receive data about someone younger, we delete it on discovery.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. A material change — adding analytics or a new provider, for instance — will appear here before it takes effect.
