This site presents Agenta AI, a product of vibeob, and lets you request a demonstration. It exists to give information and carries no contractual commitment.
Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
2 · Prices and plans
The prices and plans shown are indicative and not a binding offer. They may change, and they exclude tax unless stated otherwise.
A binding relationship arises only through a separate signed agreement. Where the site and that agreement conflict, the agreement governs.
3 · Capabilities in development
Agenta is under active development. Some capabilities, channels and integrations described on this site are not fully available at any given moment; they may become available later, in a different scope, or not at all.
Descriptions here are not a commitment to the content, timing or availability of any particular feature. What is included in practice — and when — is set by the engagement agreement.
4 · Using the form
The form is for genuine enquiries from people interested in the product. Do not enter false details or another person's details without their consent, and do not use it for automated submission or load attempts.
We may block access for anyone misusing the form or the site.

5 · Intellectual property
The content, design, copy, code and marks on this site belong to vibeob or to those who licensed their use to it. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used to create derivative works without written permission.
"White-label" on this site refers to the product as defined in an agreement; it grants no rights in this site's own content.
6 · Liability
The site is provided as is. We work to keep the information accurate and current but do not warrant that it is, and do not warrant that the site will be available at all times or free of faults.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, arising from reliance on information here. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The binding version is the one published on this site, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
8 · Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to them lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district.
